Mr. Pierre Cardae Warford

But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light; 1 Peter 2:9 Pierre was born February 26, 1991 in Hammond, Louisiana to Roy and Carolyn Warford. On October 20, 2023 he completed a job well done on earth. While here with us, Pierre was involved in many sports, starting under the leadership of his father, Mr. Roy Lee Warford, which led him to become part of various teams in the parish. His hard work, tenacity, and dedication allowed him to become a dynamic skilled player on the Amite Warriors football team! This opportunity opened the door for Pierre to go to Southern University A&M College to play football earning a scholarship for his talents and assets that he would contribute to the team. Once on the team, Pierre being Pierre, outshined all of the competition and earned the starting spot! To know Pierre was to love him! Pierre didn’t meet any strangers! He was the type of person who could walk in a room full of strangers, and by the end of the night, they would be in regret of him leaving! He was full of life and adventure. A quote to describe Pierre’s personality would be “Live life to the fullest, and focus on the positive!” This was something that was embedded in his DNA. Nothing was impossible for him to do! He had the mindset that anything is possible with the proper thinking and planning! To show that anything was possible, Pierre had a plethora of successful businesses that he created, maintained, and strived in! His work ethic and drive was second to none! Pierre put his all into everything he did! This ranged from what chain would go with a certain shirt, that would coordinate with his shoes, that had to match with his shades and his pants! (This was his work clothes by the way!) On a serious note, out of all of his milestones and accomplishments, his most important prized possessions were his kids! He treasured his children and embraced every moment with them. These moments were vast and intricate as he always got into character and role played with Cardae and Khloe! An example of this is Pierre making a complete fool of himself while trying to make a TikTok with Khloe, or in a heated debate about how badly Cardae cheated on the game after he beat him! Superhero is the term that should be used when describing Pierre’s love, admiration, and will to provide for his kids. He is the type of person that is always thinking ahead of the game. Even in his absence, Pierre had already set it up for Khloe to win her homecoming competition this year! He had secretly bought eight books of tickets for Khloe to ensure she won that competition for her to be the young queen that she is! Pierre told the whole family that he couldn’t make it to Cardae’s senior night game, but was front and center to see his twin play the sport that he loved the most! These things were typical and deemed “slight work” for Pierre because he ensured that he would give his kids the world! Pierre was a person who looked challenges in the face, laughed at them, and then put his thoughts and grit together to make it come to pass! This carried over to his career in the construction industry. Pierre was a “rigger” in the plants, but he wasn’t satisfied with this title. He had his heart set on the crane operator position! He wanted this position because he felt that he was working too hard and the crane operators were the “big dogs” that sat down all day and collected the big bucks! Once he set his mind to becoming a crane operator, it was manifested in him to succeed! A short time later, Pierre passed all of his tests and certifications to become a crane operator! This is a testament of the will, dedication, and hard work to get exactly what he wanted out of life! These accomplishments and memories will be with us forever to cherish as Pierre finished his job here, and God called him home to work on this big project as a crane operator in the sky! Pierre leaves to cherish his precious memories two children Cardae and Khloe of Amite, LA; his parents Roy Lee and Carolyn Warford of Amite, LA , a brother Patrick Warford (Karen) of Texas City, Texas; sister Patrice Warford-Varnado (Trey) of Westwego, LA, a special aunt (2nd mom) Trina Fisher of Roseland, LA, 2 nieces and nephews, DaRasha, Taiujuan “Blow,”Johnny, Donnie “Chicago,” Octavia “Tae,” a grandmother-Mary Nelson and a grandfather-Noah Fisher, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Pierre ispreceded in death by his grandparents Mary and Robert Warford, Aunt - Sylvia Warford-Deamer, Uncle- Jessie Warford, Robert (Tizz) Patrick, and other close friends and family members.
